Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of eldt365.com (the "Site") and the online training courses and related services we provide (the "Services"). The Site is operated by IRO Innovations ("ELDT365," "we," "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

ELDT365 is a training provider registered on the FMCSA Training Provider Registry, offering Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) theory instruction and other workplace training courses online.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when registering, including your legal name and, where applicable, the license details required for reporting your training completion.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts are for a single individual and may not be shared. You may sign in with a password or, where offered, with "Continue with Google"; either way the account remains subject to these Terms.
• Training completions are personal to you. Completing a course on someone else's behalf, or having someone complete one on yours, is prohibited and may be reported.

3. Purchases & Course Access

• Course prices are shown at checkout. Payment grants a personal, non-transferable license to access the purchased course through your account.
• Access is granted immediately after payment and, unless otherwise stated, does not expire.
• Course content is our intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or scrape it.

4. Refunds

Because access to digital course content is granted immediately, a course is refundable only within 7 days of purchase, and only if less than 10% of it has been completed, no quizzes have been taken, and it has not been reported to the FMCSA. Certificate Protection is not refundable; other add-ons such as the Video Edition and video packs follow the same rules as courses. When courses are bought together at a bundle price and one is refunded, the refund is that course's proportional share of the bundle price. Refund requests can be made through our support chat, where an automated assistant may approve and process a qualifying refund immediately; other requests are reviewed by a person. 5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened on a purchase, the associated account and course access may be suspended while the dispute is pending. If a dispute is resolved in your favor by mistake or was filed in error, contact support@eldt365.com and we will restore access promptly.

6. Training Completion Reporting

For courses subject to the FMCSA's ELDT regulations (49 CFR Part 380), we report your completion to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry after you finish the required curriculum. Accurate reporting depends on the accuracy of the information you provide (name, license number, state, and date of birth). Certain courses — such as forklift operator training, DOT hazmat employee training, and endorsement knowledge-test preparation — are not part of the federal ELDT registry, and no registry reporting applies to them; this is indicated on the relevant course pages.

7. What Our Courses Are — and Aren't

• Theory courses satisfy the knowledge/theory component of applicable requirements. They do not include behind-the-wheel instruction, do not issue licenses or endorsements, and do not guarantee that you will pass any state examination.
• Licensing decisions are made solely by your state driver licensing agency. Requirements vary by state, and you are responsible for confirming the requirements that apply to you.
• Practice and preparation materials, such as pre-trip inspection videos, permit practice tests, knowledge-test preparation for the Tanker and Doubles/Triples endorsements, and English practice for drivers, are study aids. They are not FMCSA-registered training, are not approved or endorsed by FMCSA, USDOT or any state, and do not guarantee the outcome of any test, inspection or roadside check.
• Reviews you submit may be published on our site and on third-party review platforms with your first name, course and date. You can ask us to remove a review at any time.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to access other users' accounts or data, probing or attacking our infrastructure, using automated tools to scrape content, or submitting false information for training records.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the course giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
