CDL theory for your drivers,
bought the way government buys.

Purchase card or purchase order. W-9 and vendor forms on request. No contract, no minimum, no annual fee. $20 per driver, filed to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry the day they pass.

The short version for a safety coordinator: ELDT365 is listed on the FMCSA Training Provider Registry (look us up at tpr.fmcsa.dot.gov) and delivers the theory half of Entry-Level Driver Training online, in English or Spanish, for Class A, Class B, the B-to-A upgrade, HAZMAT and Passenger, plus DOT Hazmat Employee and Supervisor Reasonable Suspicion training for staff. You add drivers from a dashboard, your card is charged $20 per course, each driver gets their own login and certificate, and you see progress and filing status for everyone in one place. Most departments are running inside an hour.

Buy it however your finance office needs

Three ways, and none of them involve a sales call unless you want one.

Purchase card

Put a card on the account once. Every driver you add charges $20 per course automatically, with a receipt to you. Under most micro-purchase thresholds, so no bid, no contract.

Purchase order

We set the account up with prepaid seats and invoice against your PO. W-9, vendor registration form and insurance certificate on request, same day.

Drivers pay, you watch

Free department dashboard. Drivers pay $20 themselves and you still see every completion and filing timestamp.

How a department gets started

  1. 1
    Create the account

Two minutes at /school-register. Use the department name; it appears on every certificate's roster.

  2. 2
    Choose how you pay

Card on file for per-driver charges, or email us for a PO and we set up seats. Either way you can add one driver first as a test.

  3. 3
Add drivers, one or a whole roster

Name and email. Each driver gets their own login by email. The Bulk add button takes a pasted list.

  4. 4
    Drivers finish on their phones

About two hours for Class A or B, 45 minutes for an endorsement. They enter their own CDL number and confirm their name at the end, which is what makes the FMCSA record match their license.

  5. 5
    You see the filing timestamp

Every completion goes to the FMCSA registry within seconds. The dashboard shows who is done, who is stuck, and who has been filed.

Questions procurement asks

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. Email us the PO and we set up your department account with prepaid seats and invoice against it. W-9, vendor registration forms and a certificate of insurance are available on request, same day.

Is there a contract or a minimum?

No. No contract, no minimum, no annual fee. A single driver at $20 is a valid order. Prepaid seats never expire.

Are you a registered FMCSA training provider?

Yes. ELDT365 is listed on the FMCSA Training Provider Registry as an online theory provider. Search 'eldt365' at tpr.fmcsa.dot.gov. Every completion is transmitted to the registry electronically the moment the driver passes.

Will our state accept online theory?

Yes, by federal rule. 49 CFR 380.703(i) says state qualification requirements for theory instruction do not apply to providers offering that instruction only online. States can add requirements for the behind-the-wheel part; our state pages list what each state adds.

Do drivers get their own certificate?

Yes. Each driver has their own login, completes the course themselves, and downloads their own certificate. Your dashboard shows every driver's progress, score and FMCSA filing timestamp.

Who enters the driver's CDL number?

The driver, at the end of the course, and they confirm their name matches their license before it is submitted. That is what keeps the FMCSA record findable at the DMV. Your staff never handle license numbers.

Can we get one invoice for a batch?

Yes. With a card on file, a bulk enrollment produces one charge and one receipt for the whole batch. With a PO, one invoice for the seats.

What about Supervisor and Hazmat Employee training?

Both are on the same account. Supervisor Reasonable Suspicion training (49 CFR 382.603) is required for anyone who supervises CDL drivers; DOT Hazmat Employee training (49 CFR 172.704) is required for anyone who handles or ships hazmat, every three years. Neither is filed anywhere; each produces a certificate for the personnel file.

Is the data secure and who owns it?

Driver records are stored on our servers, transmitted to the FMCSA over its secure API, and never sold or shared. Your department can export its roster at any time.

What if a driver leaves before finishing?

A prepaid seat that was never redeemed goes to the next hire. A course that was started stays with that driver's account.
