The record goes to the Training Provider Registry the moment the student passes, so a student can finish in the morning and test in the afternoon.

Name, permit number and date of birth come from the student, confirmed against their license before submission. That is what keeps a DMV from failing to find the record later.

We do, under the ELDT365 provider registration, within seconds of the student passing. It does not touch your school's registration and adds nothing to your paperwork. You can look us up on the Training Provider Registry at tpr.fmcsa.dot.gov.
Yes, if you buy seats. You pay us per seat, hand the student a redemption code, and bill them whatever your tuition says. They never see a checkout page or a price from us. If instead the student pays us directly, there is nothing for you to mark up.
For behind-the-wheel training, yes, because BTW has to be filed by the provider that delivered it. For theory, no. We are the registered theory provider and that half is on us.
It is almost always the name. The registry matches the name exactly as printed on the permit, so a missing middle name or a suffix makes the lookup come back empty even though the record is there. Email us the name as printed and we will compare it to what was filed, same day.
