Three ways to see what your students did

Completions where you already work, the second they file.

Most online ELDT providers give you a login and a spreadsheet export. We do that too. We also post each completion and filing to any URL you give us, signed, so it lands in your CRM or your sheet without anyone checking a dashboard.

Where to find it: Integrations lives on your school dashboard, so create a free school account first. Then: open Integrations, paste an https URL, save. From then on, every time one of your students completes a course or is filed with the FMCSA, we POST a JSON event to that URL with an HMAC-SHA256 signature you can verify. Works with Zapier and Make out of the box, with any CRM that accepts a webhook, and with Truckiro natively. No plan, no fee; it is on every school account.

Option 1: the webhook

Two events, completed and filed. A test event from the dashboard button lets you wire it up before any real student finishes. The body is signed with your secret; verify it by computing HMAC-SHA256 over the raw request body and comparing to the header.

What to do with it

Zapier or Make

Use a Catch Hook trigger, paste the URL into your dashboard, press Send a test event, and map the fields into your CRM or sheet.

Your own CRM

Any endpoint that accepts JSON. We retry once after a failure and show the last delivery status on your dashboard. Signing secret is shown there and can be rotated.

Google Sheets

Zapier or Make to a sheet gives you a live roster of completions and filing timestamps with no code.

Truckiro

Completions sync into the student's record automatically; no webhook setup needed.

Option 2: the dashboard

Free on every school account. Roster, per-student progress, score, FMCSA filing timestamp, bulk add from a pasted list, enrollment links per course, and seats if you buy them. It is what most schools use and it needs nothing set up.

Questions schools ask

Is there a charge for the webhook?

No. It is on every school account, free tier included.

How do I verify the signature?

Compute HMAC-SHA256 over the raw request body with your secret, hex-encode it, and compare to the value after sha256= in the X-ELDT365-Signature header. Reject anything that does not match.

What if my endpoint is down?

We retry once after two seconds. If both fail, the dashboard shows the failure and you can send a test event once you are back up. We do not queue beyond that.

Does it include the student's license number?

No. Name, email, course, score and timestamps only. License numbers stay with the FMCSA filing.
