FMCSA has removed thousands of providers from the Training Provider Registry since 2025. A school that is removed cannot file theory completions, and a student whose theory was never filed cannot take the skills test. This is the fix that works tomorrow morning.
The registry is the only place a completion counts. When FMCSA removes a provider, every completion that provider has not yet transmitted is stranded, and state licensing agencies check the registry before they let a driver test. A student who finished your classroom hours last month but was never filed is, in the state's eyes, untrained.
The theory and behind-the-wheel portions are filed separately, by separate providers if needed. That is what makes this fixable: another registered provider can file the theory, and your students keep moving.
Under 49 CFR 380.703(i), state qualification requirements for theory instruction do not apply to providers that teach only online, so ELDT365's theory is accepted in every state regardless of what your state requires of a physical school.
Two minutes at /school-register. Your school name appears on the roster and on every filing record.
One at a time or paste a whole roster with Bulk add. Each student gets their own login by email.
Class A or B takes about two hours on a phone. Students who already sat through your classroom will move fast; the 80 percent pass mark and review round keep the record defensible.
Your dashboard shows the FMCSA filing timestamp per student. That is what the state checks.
Under your own BTW registration if you still have it. If you do not, we can refer students to a registered BTW provider in your area while you re-register.
$20 per course at checkout. Your dashboard is free. Nothing is billed to the school.
$20 per seat, blocks of 10, 25 or 50, never expire. Hand students a code and charge whatever tuition you set.
One student is a valid order. Stop any time. Your students keep their own accounts and certificates.
Support goes to the founder. Weekday replies usually within the hour, and a stranded student is treated as urgent.
Not retroactively; we can only file what a student completes with us. But a student who already knows the material typically finishes our course in under two hours, and it is filed the moment they pass.
Yes. BTW must be filed by a registered BTW provider. If your registration is gone, re-apply on the registry and, in the meantime, we can point students to a registered BTW provider nearby.
Yes. Theory and BTW are separate filings and the state matches them by driver, not by school. 49 CFR 380.703(i) also bars states from imposing school-licensing rules on online-only theory providers.
Yes. The dashboard shows every student's progress, score and filing timestamp, and the Bulk add tool takes a pasted roster. You can also have completions posted to your own system; see Integrations.
